Pastor William Octavian Lowe is the founder and lead pastor of The Root Church, a Christ-centered ministry devoted to teaching the truth of God’s Word, advancing the Kingdom of God, and equipping believers to walk in spiritual maturity and biblical identity. With a heart for discipleship and a passion for seeing lives transformed by Jesus Christ, Pastor Lowe is committed to leading people beyond religion and into a genuine relationship with the King.

A devoted husband and father of four, Pastor Lowe deeply values faith, family, and biblical leadership within the home. He is married to his wife, Ye’Keiseaya Fugerson-Lowe, affectionately known as Kei (pronounced “Key”), and together they are committed to serving the Lord and building a Christ-centered family grounded in faith, love, and biblical truth. Their children, in order from oldest to youngest, are Zaccheus, Aryah, Justus, and Jaxon.

After being rebaptized in February of 2019, Pastor Lowe experienced a renewed calling and deeper surrender to Jesus Christ that would ultimately lead him into ministry. In 2021, he began publicly preaching and teaching the Gospel with a burden to see people awakened to the truth of God’s Kingdom and firmly rooted in Scripture.

Known for his bold yet compassionate teaching style, Pastor Lowe emphasizes Kingdom principles, sound doctrine, repentance, spiritual growth, and the power of living fully surrendered to Christ. His desire is to see men, women, and families restored, rooted in faith, and established firmly upon the foundation of God’s Word.

Pastor Lowe is currently attending Toccoa Falls College, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies to continue strengthening his theological foundation and preparation for ministry.

Through preaching, mentoring, prayer, discipleship, and the Rooted In Faith podcast, Pastor Lowe continues to pour into others with the mission of helping people clearly understand the Gospel, discover their God-given purpose, and become faithful representatives of Christ in the earth.

Above all, Pastor Lowe’s heart is to glorify Jesus Christ, love people sincerely, and build a ministry that remains deeply rooted in truth, holiness, and the presence of God.
